These traditional gluten-free Tuscan biscuits are handmade in an artisan family bakery. Our recipe uses 43% IGP Italian hazelnuts, which are freshly ground for each batch to give these crunchy biscuit treats a profoundly rich flavour. Brutti ma Buoni translates to Ugly but Good, and true to tradition, these artisan biscuits appear rough and rugged, but are irresistibly sweet and light.

Sugar, chopped roasted HAZELNUTS 43%, organic EGG white, raising agent: ammonium carbonate, MILK protein, raising agents: disodium diphosphate, sodium carbonate, corn starch.
Produced in a facility that also handles wheat, milk, soya and nuts (almond, pistachio, hazelnut, walnut).
