Opinel No. 119 Santoku Knife Beech
The multi purpose Santoku Knife is ideal for cutting, slicing, chopping and dicing.
The 3mm-thick blade remains rigid and stable when cutting. A continuous cutting edge that frees up the heel of the blade to make it easier to sharpen.
Beech is the most commonly used wood for the manufacture of Opinel handles. From France, the beech is hard, durable and easy to work. With a homogeneous appearance, its light color varies from yellow to pink. It is characterised by the presence of numerous small dark dashes.
