Baked in small batches during the run up to the festive season, this chocolate panettone is made by a master baker in Brescia who has been making traditional Italian dolci for over 40 years in his family bakery.
Like all Seggiano cakes, this chocolate panettone is made with organic eggs and butter and avoids the trans fatty emulsifiers and preservatives usually used in industrial cakes to artificially maintain moisture and prolong shelf life.
