Timu Leather Journals

One of the first ever products sold at Harriman & Co. back in 2014, these rustic Timu journals are bound in a soft, supple chocolate brown leather. They are perfect for travelling, sketching and just holding memories. The leather we use in creating these journals is a by-product, it also ages over time enhancing the rustic look of each piece.

The journals are filled with beautiful handmade paper, created from pieces of recycled cotton rag. This ancient paper making skill has been passed on through generations. Cotton paper has the additional benefit of being tree free as no wood pulp is used. Each sheet is painstakingly made by hand and dried by the sun before being bound in leather and carefully hand stitched.
