The term Harriman & Co. or ‘us’ or ‘we’ or 'our' refers to the owners of the website whose registered office is 10 / LE1 6TP. Our company registration number is 9089045, and we are registered in England. The term ‘you’ refers to the user or viewer of the website.

ORDERING:

We make every effort to ensure all products are in stock, but in the event of us not having your chosen product we will contact you and offer either an alternative, refund or a later delivery if possible.

Credit Card orders are processed securely by stripe, Harriman & Co. do not hold any credit card data for orders placed online.

DELIVERY:

Depending on the items ordered delivery will be with Royal Mail, DPD, UPS or other courier delivery service - next day or two day service, subject to availability.

Furniture items are for store collection or local delivery (across Leicestershire) as specified on the product description page. We may be able to deliver furniture outside of Leicestershire (charges apply) please contact us before you place your order to get a quote.

Our aim is to process orders the same day that they are received, but can take up to 2 days to be processed depending on day of order.

We deliver within England, Wales & Scotland only.

RETURNS & REFUNDS:

We hope you are very happy with your purchases from Harriman & Co. but if you are not, we can offer a refund on most items as long as they are returned in a saleable and unused condition. Please get in touch with us for further information. Please note, however, that we are unable to reimburse your postage costs. On receipt of your return we will check the item condition and process the refund within 24 hours.

Custom made to order items cannot be returned.
