The term ‘you’ refers to the user or viewer of the website.

Ordering:

We make every effort to ensure all products are in stock, but in the event of us not having your chosen product we will contact you and offer either a refund or a later delivery if possible.

Credit Card orders are processed securely by shopify Harriman & Co. do not hold any credit card data for orders placed online.

Appearance of wood in our furniture items:

We use very high quality furniture grade 1 wood which has been dried to correct the content of moisture.  Sometimes warpage or shrinkage can occur, especially when the furniture is shipped to a drier climate from where it was made. The wood used will vary for grain, colour, knots and other characteristics.
