Darkroom Chocolate - Philippines 100%

Maybe the bar Darkroom are most proud of, this took four months of constant experimentation to perfect. It's clearly not a sweet bar (it has no added sugar) but still manages to be both rich and intense. We taste treacle, walnuts and cocoa, almost in three distinct waves. Insanely-low bitterness for a 100% bar, super-smooth mouth feel without any of the drying astringency of some 100% bars. 

Made from cacao beans, and not from pre-processed cocoa mass or cocoa liquor.

Made with no added fat (cocoa butter), cocoa powder, lecithin or vanilla.

ONE INGREDIENT: Filipino cacao.  

ALLERGENS: may contain nuts and gluten. Suitable for vegans.

SINGLE ORIGIN CACAO: ethically sourced from Kablon Farms in Tupi, South Cotabato, Philippines.
