Uplift your space and clear your mind with the resin-rich scent of Palo Santo (Spanish for "holy wood"), a tree that grows in the dry, tropical climates of Central and South America. Related to Myrrh, Copal and Frankincense, Palo Santo has long been used in spiritual rituals and as a plant medicine. The tradition of burning Palo Santo is said to invite in positive energy.

Our Palo Santo sticks from Northern Peru have been traditionally, legally and ethically gathered and harvested through a sustainable and natural process. To use, light the edge of a stick and smoulder on a heat resistant surface.

Our premium quality White Sage smudge sticks are sustainably harvested in California. Sage smudging has been said to relieve negative energy and in return, provide clarity and calm. 

Each stick is approximately 10cm in length.

Light the palo or sage and allow the flame to burn out to leave a gentle smoulder that will last a for just a few minutes. Repeat as neccessary - Please note - A heatproof dish to catch possible falling embers is advised and never leave unattended once lit.
